James Kucera, Executive Vice President

James Kucera is a native of Eastern Pennsylvania and joined Zebby Sulecki, Inc. following his graduation from Williamson Technical College in with an Associates Degree in Structural Coatings Technology in 2000. Throughout college James worked side by side with Zebby in the field as a laborer and general helper, learning the business from the inside out.

Working closely with Zebby, James shares a life-long passion for continuous learning, growth and the pursuit of best practices. Advancing through the field to Estimating, Project Management and eventually serving as Sales Manager, James has contributed significantly to the exponential growth both operationally, managerially and from a leadership standpoint.

With a relentless passion and focus on quality, safety and dedication to meeting Customer needs, James has steadily developed himself and others becoming Vice President of Sales and Operations and a minority Partner in 2017.

Most recently James has been named President of Zebby Sulecki, Inc. will add financial management, risk assessment, human resources and creation and implementation of new business initiatives across the company’s five business sectors.

James is active in the community, his house of worship, was named the Young Professional of the Year from the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors. James has also served on the Board of Directors of the Chapter from 2015-2018.
