Martin Sulecki, Vice President

Martin attended Temple University studying Business Administration from 2002 through 2004 and is currently pursuing completion of his Bachelor’s Degree. Martin joined Zebby Sulecki, Inc. in 2003 as a Field Operations Manager, working his way up to Estimator/Project Manager in 2018. Martin became a minority Partner in 2017 and was appointed Vice President of the Coatings and Maintenance Division in 2020.

Martin’s continuous quest for learning, growth and development has been demonstrated by his involvement in several professional associations as well as advanced Leadership and Management Training. Martin also provides significant leadership and engagement with the Company Giveback Committee and can be found volunteering alongside Team Members repairing, refreshing and maintaining environments that increase and enhance the quality of the lives of others.

An active member in Professional Associations Martin has participated in the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America, the Wallcoverings Installers Association, and has wide-ranging involvement with the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors.

Martin has been instrumental in the creation of the Zebby Sulecki, Inc. proprietary Coatings Apprenticeship Program and is passionate about providing others with a gateway to excelling as crafts-specialists.

Martin’s extensive experience and leadership has been an invaluable asset for over 17 years to the Zebby Sulecki, Inc. organization.
