Retail is a fast-paced and competitive marketplace and we understand the role we play in maintaining high standards of finishing for our shopping center customers. We, therefore, provide a quality, value service to each customer’s individual needs. We do this by meeting agreed upon finishing dates, working with site security, regular communication throughout the project to ensure that all aspects are being accomplished properly and ensure that color scheme and brand coordination are applied so that new or existing looks are consistent.  Operational safety, site security and minimal disruption to the general public are all fundamental requirements for retail projects.  Zebby Sulecki, Inc. did the framing, drywall, and acoustical work as well as providing and installing the millwork, doors, frames, hardware, bathroom accessories, and slatwall.  For finishes, we handled the painting, wallcovering, exterior waterproof concrete coating, and painted and sealed concrete floors.
