Ann’s Choice, a senior living and continuing care retirement community in Warminster is located in scenic Bucks County, PA. It’s on a 103-acre campus which includes three clubhouses with amenities like a performing arts center, swimming pool, and five distinct restaurants. Zebby Sulecki, Inc. worked on Phase ll of the Assisted Living Building which was an addition to an existing Extended Care Facility.

This Phase ll addition included 61 living residential units as well as common areas and spaces for staff support, dining, recreation and other amenities. The third floor Rooftop Terrace now provides outdoor access for the memory care residents of the existing third floor of the Phase l building.  This project included constructing the light gauge structural and non-structural framing, roof truss fabrication and installation, decking, exterior sheeting, window installation, drywall, carpentry, insulation, painting and wall covering. It also included intensive shop drawing and field verification processes. Our work on Assisted Living properties takes into consideration that the overall finishing of the project needs to be especially accessible and aesthetically pleasing.
