Commercial Interior/Exterior painting candidates will have experience with:
· Architectural coatings
· High performance coatings
· Epoxy and specialty floor finishes
· Exterior texture and elastomeric coatings
· Stains and transparent coatings
· Intumescent coatings
· High pressure steam power washing
Successful Carpenter candidates will have experience with:
· Structural framing
· Blueprint reading
· Light gauge metal framing
· Drywall hanging and finishing
· Acoustical ceiling grid and tile
· Bathroom accessories installation
· Door, frame and hardware installations
